Do you provide home care or only in your own facilities?
We provide home care for most of our services. Our team arrives at the designated location with everything needed to perform the contracted service, ensuring convenience and efficiency.
What are the opening and service hours?
Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Cleaning services can be scheduled within that time frame or at extended times based on availability.
Can an appointment be rescheduled or canceled?
Yes, appointments can be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. To do so, you can contact us through any of our communication channels.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfers, debit and credit cards (we have a point of sale), as well as electronic payments through secure platforms when paying through our website, such as PayPal and Mercadopago.

Additionally, as a family-run business committed to providing affordable service, we can also travel to nearby municipalities such as Villa Unión, El Quelite, Concordia, and La Noria , among others. To schedule a visit outside of Mazatlán, we recommend contacting us in advance to coordinate availability and logistics.

Do you have guarantees on your services?
Yes, we are committed to providing high-quality service, and customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the cleaning results, we offer a 24-hour guarantee . This means that if you notice any issues or areas that were not properly cleaned, you can notify us within 24 hours of the service.
How to request the warranty?
If you wish to take advantage of our warranty, simply contact us within the first 24 hours after the service has been performed. You can do so through any of the following means:
