We use appropriate products and techniques to remove dirt, stains, and residue accumulated from outdoor use, protecting both the fabric and the furniture structure. We offer special volume pricing for residential developments, condominium management, and businesses in the tourism sector. Our goal is to keep your lounge chairs in optimal condition, with a professional, efficient service tailored to your needs.


Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional charges. - If cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit paid for the service will not be refunded. - In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the deposit paid for the service will not be refunded. Service Rescheduling - You may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost if you do so at least 24 hours in advance. - Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice is subject to availability. Service Guarantee - Benitez Cleaners guarantees the quality of our cleaning service. If you are not satisfied with the result, you may report it within the first 24 hours after the service is performed. - Your case will be evaluated and, if appropriate, a partial or full redo of the service will be scheduled at no additional cost. - The warranty will not apply in the following cases: - Dirt or stains that, by their nature, cannot be completely removed. - Pre-existing damage to the furniture. - Misuse or neglect after cleaning. In order to process your claim for dissatisfaction with the service, we request that you provide us with the following: - Detailed description of the problem. Clearly and concisely explain what aspect of the service did not meet your expectations, whether in terms of cleaning or any other related details. - Photos of the affected furniture or area. Include clear, high-quality photographs of the furniture or area with which you were not satisfied. Images must be taken immediately after the service, within the first 24 hours, and must clearly show any stains, dirt, or any other irregularities. - Receipt or proof of payment. Send us a copy of the receipt or proof of payment for the service performed. This will allow us to verify the service contracted and the date it was performed. - Appointment reference number Please provide your appointment reference number or code (if provided in the confirmation) so we can quickly locate your service history. - Additional comments If you have any additional comments or relevant information that you consider important, please feel free to include them. This will help us better understand your case and provide you with an appropriate solution.
