Our story begins in the heart of Mazatlán, Sinaloa, in 1935, when Benítez Cleaners was founded as a small family business dedicated to dry cleaning and laundry services. Originally located in the Centro neighborhood, on the corner of Rosales and Zaragoza streets, the business quickly earned the trust of the community thanks to its dedication, quality, and personalized service.

Over several decades, we specialized in the care and professional cleaning of garments, becoming a local benchmark. The first generation of the Benítez family laid the foundation for a service committed to excellence, where every garment was handled with care and every customer with respect.

In 1974, the business moved to a new location in the Estadio neighborhood, where our main branch currently operates. This change marked a new chapter in our history, consolidating our growth and allowing us to serve an increasingly larger clientele.

In 1997, with the arrival of the second generation, Benítez Cleaners experienced a significant evolution by incorporating a new service: professional furniture cleaning. This expansion responded to the changing needs of Mazatlán households, while maintaining our focus on quality, trust, and personalized attention.

Over time, we have innovated in processes, technology, and products, adapting to market demands without losing the essence that defines us: close customer relationships, family commitment, and a passion for detail.

Today, in 2025, we are proud to welcome the third generation of the family, bringing new ideas, energy, and a fresh vision—while upholding the same commitment as always. As part of this new chapter, in 2024 we enthusiastically opened a new branch on Alfonso Genaro Calderón Avenue, bringing our services even closer to our customers and reaffirming our desire to continue growing alongside our community.
